Description: The invention relates to a mobile work scaffold for the manufacture, processing and / or inspection of a bridge, in particular a reinforced concrete bridge, steel bridge or steel composite bridge, with holding elements to be fastened to the underside of the bridge, each of which is provided with at least one roller or at least one track section, and with a work platform, which has a floor element and on two opposite sides connected to the floor element, on one side part a top console is arranged, which has on its top at least one track or at least one roller, by means of which the work platform along the rollers or the track section is movable.
Bridges, in particular reinforced concrete bridges, must be checked regularly and repaired if necessary, before damage to the concrete as well as to the steel girders can occur, especially due to weather conditions. To do this, it is necessary to get under the underside of the bridge over the entire length of the bridge. Since the clear height of a bridge can be considerable, it is not possible to use scaffolding that is set up on the ground, but it is necessary to use mobile working scaffolding. Such mobile working scaffolds as so-called mobile cap formwork are also required for bridges that are provided with bridge caps on their outer longitudinal edges in order to prevent the bridge's support arms from weathering in this critical area. The bridge caps cast from concrete are mostly L-shaped in cross-section and cover the bridge in the area of the pedestrian paths and along the outer longitudinal edges. To manufacture these bridge caps when building new bridges, mobile cap formwork is required for concrete formwork.
In the course of the life of the bridge, especially the caps, but not the bridge itself, are damaged by weather influences. It is therefore necessary to replace the bridge caps from time to time. In order not to have to interrupt road traffic, mobile work scaffolding or cap formwork are also used for this purpose, which are then provided with additional formwork devices for the cap renewal.
Mobile work scaffolds of this type are known for example from DE 10 2005 013 991 B3 or DE 29 707 488 U1. These known work scaffolds consist of a plurality of individual parts that have to be transported as individual parts to the bridge construction site and assembled on site. Since several work scaffolds are often coupled with one another, this is correspondingly complex and requires trained assembly personnel.
The object of the invention is to improve a mobile work scaffold so that it can be assembled in a simple manner and can also be transported to save space.
This object is achieved according to the invention in a mobile work scaffold of the type mentioned above in that the two side parts can be pivoted relative to the base element and locked in a vertical position and the console can be pivoted relative to the side part and locked in a horizontal position.
The mobile work scaffold according to the invention thus no longer consists of a plurality of individual parts to be assembled on site, but it is transported compactly folded and on site it is only necessary to move the two side parts and the console from the transport position lying on the floor element in a space-saving manner to pivot the work position and lock it in this work position, for example by means of safety pins or the like. In the transport position, the respective work scaffold takes up little space, so that several work scaffolds, each with side parts resting on the floor element, can be stacked one above the other for transport.
In a preferred embodiment it is provided that the console has two cross members, which are each pivoted and lockable in the horizontal position on the side part. If the working platform has a particularly large length in the longitudinal direction of the track, it is of course also possible to provide even more cross members.
To increase the driving stability of the work platform is advantageously provided that a support roller is arranged on the outside of each cross member for support on the underside of the bridge.
In a further advantageous embodiment it is provided that two transverse side parts are provided which are detachably connected to the side parts. These transverse side parts can, for example, simply be inserted into the edge areas of the side parts.
The mobile work scaffold is preferably designed as a mobile cap formwork and is then used for the manufacture or repair of bridge caps. It then also has formwork devices.
The invention is explained in more detail below using the drawings as an example. These each show a schematic representation in

8 the work scaffold suspended from an underside of a bridge.
A mobile work scaffold for the manufacture, processing and / or inspection of a bridge, in particular a reinforced concrete bridge, has a work platform 1 with a frame-like floor element 2, on which, for example, planks 3 are arranged, whereby the floor element 2 is designed to be walkable. The work platform 1 also has side parts 4, 5 connected to the base element 2 on two opposite sides, the side part 4 being directed towards a bridge 6 indicated in FIG. 8 in the working position, while the side part 5 is directed outwards. The two side parts 4, 5 are articulated in the manner described in more detail below on the base element 2 and can be locked at least in the vertical position. A console 7 is pivotally articulated on the side part 4 and can be locked at least in the horizontal position.
To transport the working platform 1 to or from a bridge construction site, the two side parts 4, 5 and the console 7 are pivoted horizontally onto the floor element 2, this transport position is shown in Fig. 1. In this transport position, several work platforms 1 can be stacked one above the other for transport and storage, this situation is shown in FIG. 2, in which three work platforms 1 are stacked one above the other. The bottom work platform 1 can be placed on the underside of planks 8 or the like, and work platforms 1 stacked one above the other can be connected to detachable connecting rods 9 for stacking safety. For this purpose, two transverse bores 10 are preferably provided on the respective floor element 2 in order to be able to fasten the connecting rods 9 to the respective floor element 2 by means of securing pins or the like.
If a working platform 1 is to be used, the side part 4 is first preferably pivoted vertically relative to the floor element 2, this situation is shown in FIG. 3. In the exemplary embodiment, the console-like side part 4 has two vertical struts 11, which are spaced apart from one another and which are each firmly connected on the underside to a transverse web 12. This respective crosspiece 12 is pivotally connected to the base element 2 via a pivot axis 13. At the end facing away from the pivot axis 13, the respective transverse web 12 has a transverse bore 14 which is aligned with at least one transverse bore 15 in the base element 2 in the vertical position of the side part 4 and thus in the horizontal position of the transverse web 12. Through these two mutually aligned transverse bores 14 and 15, a locking pin or the like, not shown, is inserted in order to lock the side part 4 in the vertical position.
3, the side part 4 has been pivoted vertically and locked in the vertical position, the console 7 is pivoted upwards relative to the side part 4 into a horizontal position and locked in this position. For this purpose, the frame-like console 7 has two cross members 16, each of which is pivotable about a pivot axis 17 on a web 18, the web 18 being arranged in a rotationally fixed manner on the associated vertical strut 11 of the side part 4. Spaced to the pivot axis 17, a transverse bore 19 is provided at the adjacent end of the respective cross member 16, which is aligned with a transverse bore 20 at the upper end of the associated vertical strut 11 of the side part 4 when the bracket 7 is aligned horizontally. To lock the bracket 7 in the horizontal position, a locking pin or the like is then inserted through the respective mutually aligned transverse bores 19 and 20.
In the illustrated embodiment, the console 7 on the top, for example formed by an I-profile rail 21, which is fixedly connected to the two cross members 16. This running rail 21 is in the working position above the side part 4. At the end of each cross member 16 facing away from the running rail 21, a supporting roller 22 is rotatably mounted on the top of each cross member 16, each supporting the working platform 1 on the underside 23 of the bridge 6 serves. The two cross members 16 are preferably connected to each other to increase stability via a diagonal strut 24. Below the respective support roller 22 16 fastening tabs 25 are provided with a transverse bore 26 on the respective cross member. These mounting brackets 25 are used to attach a diagonal strut 27, which is also provided with a transverse bore (not shown in detail) at the upper end and can be attached to the respective mounting bracket 25 by means of a locking pin or the like. At the other end, the diagonal strut 27 preferably has a plurality of transverse bores 28, which enable the diagonal strut 27 to be fixed on the base element 2. For this purpose, a locking pin or the like is inserted into a suitable transverse bore 28 and a transverse bore 10 in alignment with this in the base part 2.
After the console 7 has been pivoted and locked horizontally according to FIG. 4, the side part 5 according to FIG. 5 is pivoted into the vertical position and locked in this position. For this purpose, the side part 5 has two vertical supports 29, to which a railing 30 is attached. A similar railing 31 is also attached to the two vertical struts 11 of the side part 4. The two vertical supports 29 of the side part 5 are pivoted about a pivot axis 32 on a pivot web 33, which is connected to the base element 2 in a rotationally fixed manner. Spaced from the pivot axis 32, the respective vertical support 29 has a transverse bore 34 at the lower end, which is aligned with a transverse bore 35 in the base part 2 when the side part 5 is aligned vertically. To lock the

Accordingly, a safety pin or the like is inserted through the mutually aligned transverse bores 34 and 35 in the side part 5 in the vertical position.
The work platform 1 is now ready for use and can be hung on the underside 23 of the bridge 6 using a crane or the like. For this purpose, holding elements 36 are fastened at a distance from one another on the underside 23 of the bridge 6 and each carry a spaced-apart pair of rollers 37. The rollers of the rollers 37 are dimensioned and spaced apart in a manner known per se that the I-shaped rail 21 of the console 7 of the work platform 1 can be pushed between the pair of rollers 37, the horizontal webs of the roller 21 above or rest on the underside of the respective roller of the pair of rollers 37. The holding elements 36 with pairs of rollers 37 are arranged at a distance from one another on the underside 23 of the bridge 6 in such a way that it is ensured that the running rail 21 of the working platform 1 is always held by at least two holding elements 36. The work scaffold is thus formed by the work platform 1 and the holding elements 36.
Of course, the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments. Further configurations are possible without leaving the basic idea. If the scaffolding is used for formwork of a concrete cap at the edge of the bridge 6, a scaffolding is attached to the work platform 1 in a known manner. It can also be provided that no running rail 21 is arranged on the working platform 1, but running rollers. In this case, rails or rail sections are provided on the underside 23 of the bridge 6 instead of the holding elements 36 with pairs of rollers 37.
